• Kitchen: he updated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, eat and enjoy .
• Dining room: Seats up to 6 is just off the kitchen.
• Livingroom: open to kitchen and dining room and includes a large sectional, TV and fireplace are in the living room. Just off the living room is a sitting area with a couch and 3 chairs and lead to the front entrance.
• Bedrooms: three bedrooms located on opposite side of the house.
  • Master has Queen bed, walk in closet, dresser, television and a large attached bathroom.
  • Guest room 1 has a queen bed and a dresser with a large closet.
  • Guest room 2 can be used as an office with a desk and monitor to hook up your computer and do work. It also has a Double futon bed and a large closet.
• Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master has an en-suite bathroom.
  • Bath in Master has a separate tub and shower and a double vanity.
  • The Guest bath is in the hall and has a tub/shower and single vanity.
• Yard:patio and barbecue area overlooking the yard and garden
• Laundry: laundry room is off of the kitchen and also includes a pantry.
• Parking: the garage is not available as part of the rental. But there is a 2-car driveway and plenty of on street parking.

CENTRAL LOCATION

The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with well-maintained homes and families. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy freeway access if need to travel into downtown Boise, airport or Meridian. Our home is close to public transportation. Use of a car would be your most ideal way to get around. It’s also very bike-friendly.

Guest have use of the entire home except for the garage.
